Nele L., language school and internship in economics in Buenos Aires, Argentina
"Nothing but good about Practigo. Heaps of information before I left. Even though my plane was delayed and I arrived at 3am is stead of 21pm, there was still someone waiting for me when I arrived. A great affordable appartment perfectly located. The best of all? My workplace! A small production company founded by 5 young guys who have learned me so much and gave me the freedom to start my own project."
Jörg, Internship at a local newspaper in Buenos Aires, Argentina
"I really enjoyed my stay in Buenos Aires as I got the opportunity to acquire detailed insight into Argentine society through taking part in my internship. For this I have to thank my boss (Eduardo), who has since become a friend of mine, and the vast amount of knowledge that he shared with me."
Rahel, Language course and internship in health care in Córdoba, Argentina
"From the beginning of March to the beginning of June 2008 I spent a stay abroad in Córdoba. I lived with a really lovely family in the centre of the city and ended up loving them almost as much as my own family! For the first 4 weeks of my trip I went to learn Spanish at a language school, where I met lots of like-minded people. Afterwards, I started an 8 week internship in the Argentino-Cubano rehabilitation centre. This was the best part of my whole stay. I learnt a great deal at work, got to know a lot of new people and often met up socially with my work colleagues. During the last 4 weeks of my time in Argentina I also travelled to Brazil and Chile. It was a very exciting and informative time where I met friends who I am still in contact with today."
Franziska, Language course and internship in Buenos Aires, Argentina
"The organisation of my whole stay went really well; transfer, accommodation, language course and internship. When I arrived I didn’t need to worry about a thing. During my internship in Buenos Aires I got to explore the city, not just as a tourist, but rather the lively and relaxed Argentine daily life. With a language course you can also learn to cope with the fast porteño dialect and become totally immersed in this fascinating city."
Oliver, Language course and internship in international trade in Buenos Aires, Argentina
"I went to a language school and then completed a 6 week internship in Buenos Aires. The language school was excellent, the teachers were dedicated and the staff were very helpful. My internship was also better than I had expected! The employees treat you in a respectful and friendly manner and are much more open and lively than in national internships."
