"Great job all around!
The overall experience of interning with Practigo in Barcelona was wonderful.
They made finding a great place to stay and an amazing internship placement
easy and affordable."
Molly M., Language course and Internship in Alicante (Spain)
"I had a wonderful experience. The classes were very helpful and I loved
the internship. The clinic was wonderful and great people to work with.
I absolutely loved my time in Alicante. It's a beautiful city and a great
place to live. The classes were very helpful and I really enjoyed working
in the clinic. Everything was very well organized and I was always able
to have my questions answered. I had a great experience and would recommend
it to anyone."
Jennifer R., Language course and internship in tourism in Alicante (Spain)
"I enjoyed the internship very much! I think it was a great experience,
I have learnt a lot of things and have also grown very much from this
experience as well. I would like to thank you for everything you have
done for me and thank you for finding this great hotel for me !:)
I will recommend you and your company to all, and who knows… I might get you
in touch with my sister next year! She wants to do the same as I did! ^^
Thanks again"
Felicia R., Internship in a language school in Valencia (Spain)
"My stay in Valencia was simply brilliant! I got to know some really nice people and got to use the knowledge that I already had during my internship. What is more, I could improve my Spanish language skills. I would definitely go back to Valencia again."
Sieglinde H., Internship in social work in Spain
"A wonderful, exciting, unforgettable experience that was also extremely useful for me professionally."
Sandra B., Language course and internship at a travel agency in Valencia (Spain)
"My stay in Valencia was a great experience! I got to know lots of new people and we are already planning a big reunion for next year. The teachers at the language school are really nice and you learn so much in just a short space of time! Valencia is a great city where you can immediately feel settled, and this trip was certainly not my last visit!"
Stefanie N., Internship in Madrid (Spain)
"My stay in Madrid was a superb experience. I have learnt many things both on a professional and personal level. With my internship, the people and the culture I have had nothing but positive experiences. As Madrid is a very international city I have met people from all over the world and hence got to know lots of different cultures. The madrileños are very cosmopolitan. It was therefore no problem to make contacts and friends straightaway. I really liked the city as well as the whole lifestyle and, despite all the new experiences I had, I never felt out of place or lonely. In the company I was also treated with a great deal of openness. Alongside normal routine duties I was also allowed to take on really interesting tasks where I had a lot of freedom. The time was without a doubt one of the most interesting and exciting chapters in my life and I would definitely decide to complete a stay abroad again."
Constanze L., in Madrid (Spain)
"Getting to know Spanish culture and all its many faces is a really great experience. As in every country there are good and bad aspects, but when you really open your eyes and are open to everything, you can really experience a great deal. The Spanish are extremely positive people who love to enjoy their lives from day to day. Some Germans could learn a lot from them! In addition, Madrid is so well situated in the centre of the country that you can go on lots of trips in the surrounding area to better get to know the country. Great!"
Julia D., Laguage course and Internship in a clinic in Spain
"My course was fantastic and very useful, and I really enjoyed my internship in the clinic."
Antje B., Internship in Spain
"I was totally satisfied with everything – with your service, help, emails – everything was dealt with automatically and at once. I really liked the company that I worked for. I received a nice present from the whole department at the end of my stay – a card that everyone had signed. On the back it said: “From your Spanish family” - really sweet. I have only positive things to say about the personnel department too. They were really pleased with me. Antonio is also really nice. He always took care of all of my questions, which was really kind! I was also very pleased with your co-ordinator there."
Saskia G., Language course and internship in Spain
"The trip definitely helped me develop as a person and provided me with an understanding of different cultures and lifestyles, despite the difficult start that I had. The language course was good and the internship was brilliant! I got to know lots of new people, which was really interesting!"
Marcel H., Internship in Spain
"I am genuinely totally satisfied with my internship. It is really good and the people are extremely nice. All in all I’m really happy. It is actually exactly how I hoped it would be. The fiestas in Madrid are even better!!"
Carola, Internship in marketing/tourism in Seville (Spain)
"I was really lucky with my accommodation in Seville as regards friendliness and tidiness. Living with a host family and working in a Spanish company – I can hardly imagine a better combination for gaining a detailed insight into the country and its people. I was also really lucky to meet all the lovely people that I did. I can only recommend that everyone takes the opportunity of adding a stay abroad to their CV! Through my stay in Seville, I have really been able to expand my own openness and tolerance towards new experiences. Likewise, I was fortunate that my internship could all be arranged at short notice. The people in the company gave as much time as they could to helping me and were always friendly to me. The working hours are spread out unevenly throughout the day, which leaves you with hardly any free time. For people who need time to explore the city and the country, you should allow time for a few free weeks either before or after the internship."
Sonja, Internship in agriculture in Andalusia (Spain)
"I am completely satisfied with my stay, especially with the support of my tutor, who made it possible for me to be so well integrated within the team. Additionally, I was taught all about the structures and conditions for agriculture in Andalusia. In the past few weeks, my colleagues have also offered to spend time teaching me about the distinctive features for the cultivation of fincas, in order to get to know additional characteristics of Spanish culture. I am so grateful that the team have been so patient with me and my level of Spanish knowledge, and are constantly helping me to improve."
Sonja, Language course and subsequent internship in Seville (Spain)
"Upon returning to Germany after my stay in Seville I have found a job in which I will often have to travel to Spain and Argentina. My internship was therefore the key to getting a job offer! The internship was very varied and very interesting, and I was able to improve my Spanish. However it was often difficult for me to understand the people at the office because they spoke in a strong local dialect. But they all had patience with me and helped me. After all, it is the everyday communication that is important and it is how you learn. As well as with the company I was also very satisfied with the accommodation. Thank you very much for arranging the placement!"

"My 13 week stay in Alicante has greatly helped me to develop as a person. The apartment and my housemates were perfect for me and the language course helped me to settle in quickly and get to know lots of different people. The city itself is perfect for 3 months but I think a longer stay could be a bit boring as there isn’t a lot to discover here. Taking part in an internship was a good decision in order to feel integrated in Spanish life. However, its success does depend on the individual placement. Overall I was happy with everything and would definitely take the opportunity to live in Spain again for a long period of time."

Madeleine W., Language course and internship at a radio station in Alicante (Spain)
"I would immediately repeat my stay abroad. The perfect organisation of the language school, accommodation and internship formed the basis for a wonderful summer, during which I considerably improved my Spanish skills. I met lots of open-minded, interesting people, and I am still in contact with many of them today. Alicante is perfect for young people. Sun, beaches, parties and so much fun...I enjoyed it so much that I want to go back next year! I especially recommend staying in a host family – good food and a quick way of learning the language all in one."
Leoni V., Language course and internship in a hotel in Alicante (Spain)
"I really enjoyed my stay in Alicante. Not only was the internship exactly what I was looking for, but I also enjoyed staying in the shared apartment. There was a really welcoming atmosphere, thanks to my lovely housemates, who I got to know better at the language school and with whom I could enjoy my leisure time in Alicante. In short, in 3 months Alicante became a new home for me, and one that I would love to fly back to again and again."
Sandra S., Language course and internship at a radio station in Alicante (Spain)
"Hola, I spent 10 weeks in Alicante. For me it was the most brilliant and amazing summer. You quickly get to know new people and a totally different lifestyle. I was really warmly welcomed at my apartment and had no difficulties whatsoever. I even really enjoyed going to the Spanish course. I would do all of it again at any time and recommend anyone who has the opportunity to do it. It is certainly a worthwhile experience, and after such a long time away, you won’t want to leave. I really enjoyed my time in Spain and have never regretted my decision!"
Dovile G., Language course and internship in a travel agency in Alicante (Spain)
“My internship was a huge challenge to me; it was a nice time; a new culture and new people. I have gained knowledge related to my studies and a lot more. People I have been working with were very friendly and all conditions were satisfactory.”
Pascale D., Language course in Madrid (Spain)
“The internship position and company were very impressive. Unfortunately the accomodation was poor due to location and some of the rooms.”
